Kubirri Aged Care Centre is located in Mossman, Far North Queensland and run by The Salvation Army. This Centre values the importance of sustainability having designed and run the Centre to minimise environmental footprint.

This made for a perfect fit with Wentworth Care Furniture as we ensure all of our furniture is a sustainable quality in everything from design to material selection, and through all processes of craftsmanship and production.
The Salvation Army engaged us to supply lounge and dining furniture for the Centre. Their chosen designer, Gilmore Interior Design, provided a specific brief that outlined the types of furniture, fabric and colour palette. We worked completed remotely from initial consultation through to our team’s delivery and installation . The selection of furniture was used to fit out areas within the entrance, lounge, dining, chapel, hairdresser and outdoor.

It was a unique project and had such a great outcome. We love the selection of furniture chosen and the accompanying fabrics, including Jimmy Pike upholstery by Materialised Fabrics, which helps to elevate the striking entrance.
