Budget was front of mind in this project as the Mayflower Gardens is a Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) community that provides affordable living options and services to older adults. We worked with the designer to provide budget quotes and design support. We assisted with everything from trialing furniture to fabric samples to ensure their budget was met whilst meeting the vibrant design brief.

This project was unique as we delivered our products over a three-stage process. The client chose dining chairs and tables, and lounge chairs all manufactured to designer specifications. They utilised Materialised Fabrics great range of industrial friendly fabrics to provide a great pop of colour whilst remaining practical.
