Yes. Many of our core products, including chairs, lounge suites, planter boxes, and mattresses, are proudly Australian-made—supporting local manufacturing and faster turnaround times.

We do also offer imported products, including dining furniture which is great for staff areas, cafes, retirement living and many more spaces.  Our Outdoor furniture is mostly imported, a lot of this is from Europe and comes with a 5 year warranty and is suitable for the harsh Australian climate. 

Absolutely. Most of our products can be customised in terms of size, upholstery, finish, or function. We work closely with you to ensure a fit that suits your space, aesthetic, and operational needs. We provide samples, digital moodboards and onsite trials. 

We work with clients to ensure that the furniture they choose fits in with their existing furniture and colour schemes.

Our planter boxes are raised to reduce bending, wheelchair-accessible, and encourage sensory stimulation, routine, and purpose—all vital in dementia care. The wicking system also means less maintenance for staff.

All of the fabrics we recommend are suitable for aged care. We can provide samples of fabric for you to feel and test on site.  

You can also choose your own fabric if you have something specific in mind. 

Yes. Our seating is ergonomically designed with firm seat support, stable arms for safe transitions, and appropriate seat height—ideal for residents at risk of falls.

We can provide sample products or arrange a visit to facilities where our furniture is already in use. This allows you to see the quality, comfort, and compliance in a real-world setting.

Lead times vary depending on whether the item is custom-made or in stock. Australian-made custom furniture typically takes 4-6 or 6–8 weeks, but we can often offer faster solutions where needed.

Outdoor furniture is usually available from stock and shipped within around a week.  Planter boxes are made to order and are usually also despatched within one week (depending on the size of the order).

Yes. We can assist with furniture placement, layout recommendations, and choosing pieces that create warm, welcoming spaces while supporting workflow and care routines and staff and resident comfort and safety.

Yes. We work with both small and large facilities, and you’re welcome to order as few or as many pieces as you need. We’re here to support your goals, not push high volumes.  You may need one or two chairs for an entrance, or you may be in the process of upgrading rooms as they become available. Or it may be a new build, in which case we can facilitate the delivery and installation of all items. 

Most of our products come with a 5 year warranty, depending on the item. We stand behind the quality and durability of everything we supply.

We’re small, responsive, and hands-on. You’ll work directly with experienced decision-makers who understand aged care and take time to recommend the right fit for your residents—not just what’s available in a catalogue.

We understand that often the people within the facility who are making the decisions, have not been involved in purchasing furniture before. Choice can be very overwhelming and we assist with everything from recommending particular products for certain areas, to fabric and stain choice.  We provide in house samples, fabric samples, digital moodboards and advice every step of the way as part of our standard service. 

We can provide quotes and background documentation to support grant submissions. We also stay informed about local funding opportunities—especially for dementia care and wellbeing programs. 

We are NDIS Registered so you can order through NDIS Funding. 

Yes. We supply aged care facilities across Australia and can coordinate delivery and logistics to your location.  We have delivered to remote communities all across the country, including Fitzroy Crossing, the Tiwi Islands, Far North QLD, Tasmania, Coober Pedy, Christmas Island. We have a vast and reliable network of furniture carriers we work with nationwide. 

Most chairs and lounges are tested to 120–150 kg capacity. We also offer bariatric options—just let us know your needs.

Yes. Our range is suitable for clinical, lifestyle, and social settings, from lounge areas to outdoor courtyards to palliative or high-care environments. Let us know your purpose and we’ll suggest the best fit.

You can choose to order flatpack (which may save on shipping) or fully assembled. It is totally up to you. They are supplied with simple, easy to understand setup instructions. The self-watering system is integrated, and we offer guidance on filling and maintenance.  We can also include soil with your delivery to reduce the workload of your maintenance or lifestyle team.  

Absolutely. We supply items like sofa beds for overnight visitors, comforting lounge chairs, and features that support dignity, calm, and connection during end-of-life experiences.

You may also consider our waterproof linen range, which includes a wide range of practical and lovely bed linen options, which are easy to clean and offer practicality and dignity.  

We have queen side Hi-lo beds (often referred to as cuddle beds) in our range to, which provide the ultimate comfort for families to lie to together in final days and moments.
